Texting that works, and stays legal.
How we set it up, the UK rules in plain English, and a quick check you can try: can you text this person?
- A number people recognise. A UK mobile number for two-way chat, or your business name as the sender for one-way updates.
- Consent built into everything. Posts, forms, checkout and DMs all ask for the number with a separate, unticked "text me" box.
- A consent record for every contact. Who, when, where and the exact wording they agreed to, stored automatically.
- Rules enforced by the system. STOP works instantly across every list. Sending hours, a monthly limit and your name in every text.
- AI replies, people in control. The AI answers and books. Prices, complaints and anything unusual go to a person.
- Tracked end to end. Opt-ins, replies, calls booked, show-ups and revenue per hundred texts.
Cold texts to people
Individuals, sole traders and ordinary partnerships need consent, or the soft opt-in from a past purchase, before any marketing text. That's PECR regulation 22.
Company-issued numbers
Ltd and LLP numbers follow lighter rules, but you still name yourself and offer an opt-out every time. If you can't tell whose number it is, treat it as a person's.
Every single text
Says who it's from, says how to stop, respects sending hours, and never goes to anyone who opted out.
Fines are real
Since February 2026 the maximum is £17.5 million or 4% of global turnover. Recent ICO text fines: £300k, £200k and £120k.
Plain-English summary, not legal advice. Texting US prospects follows different rules (TCPA and carrier registration).
One campaign, sent to the right people, replies handled for you.
Pick a campaign. The system filters to people who agreed to texts, checks every rule, sends at the right time, and the AI handles every reply.
Three questions for you.
Every coaching business leaks money in a different place. These three answers decide what's worth building.
When someone buys your low-ticket offer or comments on a post, what happens in the first hour?
Why it matters: the first hour is when interest is highest. Who replies, how fast, and on which channel decides how many ever book a call.
Of the people who buy the entry offer or join the community, how many end up on a strategy call, and where do most drop off?
Why it matters: the money sits between the small offer and the big one. Knowing the drop-off point shows exactly where a system pays for itself.
If you could hand one part of your week to a system tomorrow, what would it be?
Why it matters: start where it gives back the most time or money, then build out from there.
Answered in under 60 seconds, not one business day.
A post goes out and the comments roll in. The AI sends the free resource by DM and asks for a number. Then you choose how the first touch happens: a call, a text, or both.

How it stays legal (UK)
- We only call or text people who ticked a separate consent box for it.
- Every text names the business and says how to stop. Every call says it's an assistant.
- No contact before 08:00 or after 20:00 in the lead's time zone.
- A person can take over any conversation at any moment.
The journey runs itself, at the right moment.

An AI team that runs the busy work, you approve what matters.
Each agent owns one job. Tap one to see what it did today. You choose: approve everything, or let routine work go out on its own.
